Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in event planning and management within a fast-paced creative environment. As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will work closely with senior event coordinators and managers to assist in the seamless execution of a wide variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
- Communicate with clients vendors and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
- Prepare event materials including agendas presentations and promotional items.
- Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
