Proven experience in Road and infra structure in addition to asphalt works in UAE Familiar with the construction methodology process & sequence of work
Determining key variables forcost and other estimates
Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors suppliers engineers etc.
Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
Determine key variables forcost and other estimates
Gather firsthandinformation from sites and market
Have experience/knowledgeand/or Conduct researchto obtain data on labor costs materials production and etc.
Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
Perform risk analysis
Familiarity with financial and project management principles
Proficient inrelevantsoftware (CAD and CANDY or similar software)
Knowledge of contracts
