As a Senior Trittory Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their business needs and aligning VMware solutions to address those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Understand client goals challenges and requirements and proactively identify opportunities for VMware solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of VMware products and services.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.

Account Planning and Forecasting:

• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain accurate account plans including revenue forecasts and sales pipeline management.
• Regularly review account performance against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations.

Customer Advocacy:

• Act as the voice of the customer within VMware by Broadcom advocating for client needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Stay informed about market trends industry developments and competitor activities related to virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Use market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning of VMware solutions.

What we expect from you:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Track record of sales success working with commercial small & medium and/or enterprise organizations
• Experience with vendors associated with virtualization technology cloud and SaaS is a plus
• Track record of accomplishment selling to the IT infrastructure specialists
• Proven ability to develop new saleswith endusers
• Be a selfstarter with the ability to learn quickly highly coachable and open to learning
• Be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
• Be comfortable traveling for at least 50 of the time
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or account management preferably in the software or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of virtualization cloud computing and related technologies (experience with VMware products is a plus).
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
