Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Development- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for water treatment systems (ETP STP RO MBBR UFZLD UPW etc.).
- Review tender documents specifications and client requirements to determine scope.
- Develop process flow diagrams equipment sizing and preliminary layouts.
- Provide technical clarifications during bidding and negotiation stages.
- Support sales teams with technical presentations and solution explanations
- Costing & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates including equipment materials manpower and subcontracting.
- Optimize solutions to balance performance cost and competitiveness.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical and commercial quotations.
- Preparation of BEP and post order documents discussion with client /consultant & getting engineering approval
- Exposure to international projects across diverse geographies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical Environmental Engineering.
Experience: 10 ( min) years in proposal and process engineering preferably in water/wastewater treatment industry. Working knowledge in design software like waves IMSD etc.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of treatment processes (RO MBBR UF ETP MBR UPW ZLD STP).
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
