We are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contractual and subcontract administration for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. Operating within a build-only substructure contract that includes mass earthworks extensive reinforced concrete works and precast elements this role is critical to protecting the projects contractual and commercial position across a fast-track high-visibility programme. You will administer the main contract and all subcontracts in strict accordance with contractual obligations manage variations and claims correspondence with the Employer and Engineer and ensure notice provisions and other time-bound contractual requirements are met without exception. A significant part of the role involves drafting negotiating and managing subcontracts and supplier agreements ensuring terms are commercially sound and clearly aligned with the main contracts requirements and risk allocation. You will work closely with the Planning and Cost teams to support the preparation of extension of time claims and other commercial submissions ensuring these are backed by robust programme and cost evidence. Maintaining accurate well-organized contractual records and correspondence logs will be essential particularly given the scale of interfaces with adjoining contractors operating on the wider KSIA site. This role suits an experienced contracts professional with strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar international contract forms sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage sensitive contractual matters diplomatically while firmly protecting the projects position.
