Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contract Specialist with airport experience to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for managing drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.

  • Draft review and analyze contracts for accuracy completeness and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors suppliers and service providers to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and ensure proper filing and organization of all contract records
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties meet their contractual obligations
  • Identify and assess potential risks within contracts and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including procurement operations and legal teams to facilitate contract execution
  • Ensure all contracts comply with Saudi Arabia regulations and airport-specific requirements
  • Prepare contract summaries and reports for management review
  • Support the procurement process from requisition through contract closure
  • Maintain proficiency with contract management systems and tools
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal departments

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar contract management role preferably in airport operations or aviation industry
  • Aviation experience is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in contract drafting review negotiation and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Solid understanding of contract law fundamentals and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulatory environment and international contract practices (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
