Construction Manager

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution across projects
• Drive fast-track project strategies to accelerate delivery timelines
• Develop and control project schedules with strict adherence to deadlines
• Implement innovative solutions to reduce construction time and costs
• Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and specifications
• Manage and coordinate contractors consultants and site teams
• Review drawings specifications and construction methodologies
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site
• Optimize resource planning (labor materials equipment)
• Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance
• Monitor project performance risks and progress reporting
• Lead value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Proven experience in construction management within contracting or real estate development companies
• Strong experience in fast-track / accelerated project delivery
• Solid technical knowledge in construction methods sequencing and execution planning
• Strong background in cost control budgeting and value engineering
• Ability to reduce project duration while maintaining or improving quality
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders (contractors consultants suppliers)
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience preferred
