The candidate will be working at Standard Chartered Bank - Branch - Riyadh KSA
As a GRH the candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests staff members of SCB; providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit. The candidate will also handle guest enquiries resolve issues promptly and support daily operations to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Endure lobby / reception records are maintained.
