Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Cluster Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia / Middle East. The requirement is for conventional power plant O&M and water desalination environments covering Steam Turbines Gas Turbines Conventional Power Plants and Water Desalination facilities. Skilled and motivated planning professionals with strong exposure to maintenance and outage planning are encouraged to apply early as positions are limited.
- Develop integrated maintenance plans and schedules for multiple power generation and desalination assets within the assigned cluster.
- Prepare preventive corrective shutdown and major outage schedules in coordination with plant O&M teams.
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures activity sequencing milestones critical paths and resource-loaded schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements across Steam Turbine Gas Turbine balance-of-plant utilities and desalination systems.
- Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify schedule delays resource constraints and emerging execution risks.
- Coordinate manpower materials spare parts tools permits and contractor requirements before scheduled maintenance activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports maintenance forecasts backlog reviews schedule-compliance reports and management dashboards.
- Support shutdown and turnaround planning while ensuring maintenance activities are aligned with plant availability and operational priorities.
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Ability to build detailed preventive corrective shutdown and outage maintenance schedules.
- Primavera P6 / Scheduling Tools Ability to develop baselines critical paths resource plans and progress updates.
- CMMS / SAP PM Working knowledge of maintenance work orders equipment history preventive maintenance backlog and material coordination.
- Power Plant O&M Knowledge Understanding of maintenance requirements within Steam Turbine Gas Turbine and conventional power plant environments.
- Desalination Plant Planning Understanding of maintenance coordination for water desalination assets and supporting utilities.
- Multi-site or cluster-level maintenance planning exposure.
- Shutdown turnaround or major outage planning experience.
- Strong maintenance KPI reporting and schedule-analysis capability.
