Key Responsibilities:

Azure Cloud Operations:

Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure including VMs VNets load balancers Azure AD and storage accounts.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using ARM templates Bicep or Terraform.
Administer Azure Backup Azure Site Recovery and cost management tools.
Support Azure DevOps pipelines and assist with CI/CD implementations.
Configure and monitor Azure Security Center Defender for Cloud and compliance policies.

On-Premises System Operations:

Maintain Windows and/or Linux servers Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policies.
Manage virtualization environments (e.g. Hyper-V or VMware).
Support on-prem backup solutions patching and routine maintenance tasks.

Job Description:

CloudOps / SysOps Engineer (Azure & On-Prem)

- Troubleshoot hardware storage and network issues as needed.

General Responsibilities:

Automate routine system tasks using PowerShell Bash or Python.
Ensure proper monitoring and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor SCOM or third-party platforms.
Participate in disaster recovery planning testing and execution.
Respond to incidents root cause analysis and documentation of operational procedures.
Collaborate with development security and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and secure environments.
