Chef

Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

The Chef is responsible for planning preparing and delivering high-quality food while maintaining hygiene safety and kitchen standards. The role involves menu development kitchen supervision and ensuring consistency in taste presentation and service.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu standards
  
• Plan menus and suggest new recipes based on customer preferences
  
• Ensure food quality taste and presentation meet company standards
  
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety regulations
  
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for ingredients
  
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
  
• Control food costs wastage and portion sizes
  
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff
  
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
  

• Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
  
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 25 years preferred)
  
• Experience in multi-cuisine or specialized cuisine (preferred)
  

• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
  
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  
• Creativity in menu planning and presentation
  
• Leadership and team management skills
  
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
  
• Attention to detail and consistency in quality
