Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in the Middle Eastern market.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue
  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and industries
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline status forecasts and key performance indicators to senior management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role with a proven track record of successful deal closures
  • Good knowledge of Certification standards in KSA and Middle East region
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
  • Experience with CRM software and sales methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in the Middle Eastern market is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development activities
