Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to join our team on a prestigious mega project in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience a strong command of LOD 400 modeling standards and a proven track record of sitebased BIM coordination and implementation.

Develop and manage LOD 400 BIM models for architectural works.
Coordinate architectural BIM models with other disciplines (MEP Structural).
Work closely with site and technical teams to ensure model accuracy and integration with construction processes.
Extract and prepare shop drawings schedules and construction details from BIM models.
Lead clash detection processes using tools like Navisworks or equivalent.
Provide technical support and onsite adjustments to BIM models as construction progresses.
Maintain and update models throughout the construction phase in coordination with the site team.
Ensure compliance with project BIM Plan (BEP) and client standards.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and BIM implementation.

Proficiency in Revit Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools.

Handson experience with LOD 400 modeling requirements.

Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

Experience on largescale or mega construction projects is essential.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
