Job Summary
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in dealer or high end vehicles.
- Good Arabic and English communication skill required.
- Good knowledge in auto body repairs and parts.
- Preferably with valid SAR driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain customer records and enter data in computer databases.
