Key Responsibilities:

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis preferably in a technology-focused role

- Strong understanding of business processes and systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with project management and agile methodologies

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Professional certification in business analysis is a plus
