Assistant IT Manager
Job Summary
- Manage and enhance ERP systems and business applications.
- Document business processes and configure improvements.
- Oversee hardware networks servers and system performance.
- Install configure and maintain devices and software.
- Ensure reliable connectivity and stable server operations.
- Provide daily IT operational support and resolve user issues.
- Log incidents and prepare support reports.
- Deliver basic IT training for tools systems and applications.
- Implement essential security measures and monitor threats.
- Identify and mitigate IT-related operational risks.
- Maintain risk registers and escalate critical issues.
- Develop and communicate IT policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory warranties and vendor coordination.
- Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business needs.
- Define milestones and monitor progress.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Educational Qualification / Professional Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
- Certification in Network Management & Application Development.
- Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in IT including at least 23 years in supervisor/managerial role.
