Role Summary:

Raytheon Technologies is looking for a summer intern to join our accounting team at Riyadh office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide handson experience in managing financial transactions and exposure to the daytoday operations of the AP department. The intern will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency in financial processes.

Your Responsibilities:

The role is created for accounting studies students with an interest in gaining experience in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment for a short period of time. Each student will be expected to use their own initiative and undertake selfdirected learning within a supportive environment to work with the team to develop goals and objectives to further common areas of interest. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing Accounts Payable Transactions: Assist with reviewing verifying and processing invoices and payments to vendors.
• Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Input financial data into accounting systems and maintain accurate and organized records of transactions.
• Reconciliation Tasks: Support the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• MonthEnd and YearEnd Closing Support: Assist in preparing reports variance analysis and other tasks related to closing financial periods
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all tasks comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in accounting or a related field.
• Student GPA should be 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
• An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
• Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
