Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across desktop web and database platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Java Swing JavaScript PHP HTML CSS and PostgreSQL along with working knowledge of C and C# to support integration maintenance and enhancement of existing software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions contributing to system architecture decisions mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable applications.

Key responsabilities

Application Development

• Design develop test and maintain full-stack applications using Java 17 and Java Swing PHP JavaScript HTML CSS and PostgreSQL.

• Develop reusable components services and libraries.

• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integration services.

• Ensure applications are secure scalable and performant.

System Architecture & Design

• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.

• Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements.

• Define coding standards and best practices.

• Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives.

Database Management

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases schemas stored procedures and queries.

• Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies.

• Ensure data integrity security and backup/recovery practices.

Cross-Technology Development

• Support develop and maintain components written in C and C#.

• Develop integration points between legacy and modern applications.

• Troubleshoot issues across multiple technology stacks.

Quality & DevOps

• Write clean maintainable documented code.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Maintain automated tests.

• Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.

• Resolve production and performance issues.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Collaborate with Product Owners QA Architects and Business Analysts.

• Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field.

Experience

• 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

This profile would fit a senior engineer capable of owning both legacy desktop applications (Java Swing) and modern web systems (PHP/JavaScript/PostgreSQL) while supporting integrations and components developed in C and C#.
