How youll make an impact:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including sourcing screening interviews and offer management;

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs;

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process execution;

• Maintain accurate recruitment data compliance and adherence to SLAs and internal standards.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have at least B2 Dutch & English language skills;

• Bachelors degree mandatory;

• At least 1 year previous experience in Recruiting area;

• Negotiation skills;

• You communicate easily;

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters.

General Ledger Officer with Dutch

How youll make an impact:

• Preparing and posting journal entries for the designated legal entities;

• Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required;

• Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur;

• Maintaining accountability for the standard chart of accounts and for the preparation of account analysis/reconciliations on a timely basis;

• Resolve supplier and customer related situations as per accounts payable/ receivable procedures.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good knowledge of Ms Office Excel;

• English and Dutch (reading spoken and written) fluent level;

• Problem solving communication critical thinking attention to details skills;

• Process improvement and results oriented mindset;

• Able to work in a team/cross functional;

• Finance/Economics bachelors degree or any other degree is accepted;

• Nice to have skills: Cash application area including banking platforms collection methods (EFT PayPal cheques etc.) OR Credit & Collection area including collection strategies & credit risk policies OR Order management and billing process;

• Very good analytical skills.
