This is a 12-month fixed contract.
Role purpose:
Key operational delivery role supporting the Systems & Solutions Business Partner.
Role description:
Responsible for day-to-day configuration testing support and maintenance of procurement systems across Source-to-Contract Supplier Qualification Risk Management and Procure-to-Invoice.
Raise and track incident tickets and manage service requests (e.g. role access workflow updates).
Maintain dashboards and supporting tools and provide administrative and technical support.
Ensure tools such as Oracle PowerApps PreWave and PowerBI function reliably and are continuously improved.
Maintain content and configuration data across supplier master and onboarding tools.
Maintain data across purchasing qualification contracting and sourcing tools.
Ensure data supports accurate reporting compliance and audit readiness.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain test scripts.
Identify and help resolve system or process issues.
Support improvement and automation opportunities across procurement tools.
Collaborate with the Business Partner Systems & Solutions Development to align delivery with roadmap priorities.
Work closely with IT teams to resolve service tickets manage access and ensure timely system updates.
Support Governance and Business Information teams on reporting compliance and audit readiness.
Partner with process owners and business leads to ensure tools are user-friendly and effective.
Qualifications & Experience:
Solid working knowledge of procurement systems workflows and configuration principles.
Experience managing service tickets technical requests or operational systems
3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud specifically the Procurement module.
Experience with tools such as PowerApps PowerBI or similar platforms.
Detail-oriented and methodical; comfortable with back-end system processes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to identify technical or process issues and recommend improvements.
