Order Management Clerk with German

To support our German businesses with Order Management activities. Close liaison both by phone and email with Sales Customers Yards & Shipping vendors along with core system processing and a high attention to detail.

Manage the end-to-end order management process ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Act as the main point of contact between customers Sales teams warehouses and logistics partners to coordinate orders deliveries returns and inventory availability.

Maintain and update order-related information in Oracle ERP and Salesforce ensuring data accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.

Monitor order progress proactively communicate delays or issues and ensure all Order Management activities are completed before month-end billing.

Deliver a high level of customer service while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management Inside Sales Customer Service Procurement or a similar operational role.

Fluency in German (minimum B2 level) and English both written and spoken.

Bachelors degree or equivalent higher education qualification.

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP)
