Operations Executive Account Management

Location: Bucharests

We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Operations Executive to support our growing blue-collar staffing operations across Romania.

This role is focused on account management client coordination workforce management and operational support across multiple client sites including construction industrial and warehouse environments.

• Visit client sites regularly and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate between clients supervisors and workforce teams
• Ensure workforce attendance utilization and timesheet accuracy
• Support issue resolution related to workforce deployment and operations
• Understand client manpower requirements and communicate them internally
• Monitor site conditions PPE and operational compliance
• Support business growth through strong client servicing and relationship building

• Proven experience in staffing manpower outsourcing or workforce operations
• Experience handling blue-collar or industrial workforce operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Romanian and English language skills are mandatory
• Driving license and willingness to travel frequently across client locations
• Organized practical and able to work independently in field-based operations
