Responsibilities:
- Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events Partnerships CRM Users Lifecycle SEO & ASO
- Secure External Marketing Acquisition Existing Users Retention
- Hyper Localization across Blogs CRM announcements to deliver cultural adoption
- Social Media channels management Community Engagement with Binance Angels KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships
- Manage local marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
- Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3 fintech or agency background preferred)
- Proven track record in partnerships campaign management community building or lifecycle marketing
- Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable
- Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
