YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an ambitious intern to become part of our SEE (Southeastern Europe) Growth team in Romania.  Are you curious about data and translating insights into actions Are you willing to learn about the delivery industry Are you  looking for an experience in a  fast and rapidly changing environment helping to build a product that will disrupt the On-demand market If your answer is YES and you are eager to join a strongly data-driven and results-focused team we are looking forward to meeting you!

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Understand and keep track of  key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to stakeholders. 

• Own the activity grid with info regarding planned activations new partner launches special events 

• Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing Team.

• Assist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data and communicate and simplify  concepts to the audiences needs

• Support the implementation of local Marketing activations collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM Design Digital Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (promo creation / auditing creative asset requests partners selection) and performance marketing.

• Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.

• Track weekly and monthly performance of the country identifying improvement opportunities and possible deep dives. 

• Be always ready to jump into action.

• Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approaches

Qualifications :

You have:

• Bachelors degree (or studying) in Math Engineering Business Stats or Quantitative field

• Proficiency in English 

• Hands-on attitude is a must. Youll have to roll up your sleeves!

• Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets

• SQL / Python is a plus

• Critical reasoning and willingness to learn 

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
