What Youll Do (Training Provided)
- Support German-speaking customers via phone & email
- Handle motor insurance requests: new policies changes cancellations
- Process claims & cases escalate when needed
- Keep records accurate (contracts documents SEPA address updates)
- Offer tailored insurance solutions and recommend add-ons when relevant
What Were Looking For
- German fluency (C1)
- Customer-focused communication strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using PC/CRM/MS Office
- Typing speed 25 WPM accuracy 85%
- High school diploma or higher
