Job Summary
Responsibility
To manage the companys operations and ensure that all business objectives are achieved in accordance with established plans.
Provide accurate and timely information on business results;
Implement decisions regarding business expansion (e.g. changes in driver demand registration of new trucks);
Review revise as necessary and effectively implement operational procedures and standards;
Ensure strict adherence to established procedures;
Maintain good relationships within the company and with partners;
Effectively manage the companys costs continuously seek ways to reduce them and implement strategies to do so;
Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and implement them.
Requirements
English C1 level;
Russian a plus it is not necessary;
Bachelors degree;
At least 5 years of experience in managing a transportation company required (experience as a
transportation manager);
Knowledge of the specifics of registering new trucks fleet management and the particularities of truck operations in European Union countries (Italy France Germany UK);
Is knowledgeable about the specifics of driver recruitment onboarding training and administration as well as the relevant legal requirements;
Is able to analyze needs and develop strategies based on market trends;
Has a strong character is self-reliant and is open to new ideas;
Has experience working in a multicultural environment;
Possesses strong analytical skills excels at problem-solving and pays attention to detail;
Is results-oriented motivated to succeed and has a proactive and dynamic approach;
Has good communication and presentation skills;
Is demanding has a strong sense of completeness and expects the same from others.
