Customer Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems.

• Create update validate and inactivate customer records in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across systems and regions.

• Perform regular data quality reviews and identify opportunities for data cleansing.

• Support customer onboarding processes and verify required documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales Finance Customer Service Credit Tax Compliance and IT teams to resolve data issues.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and data governance standards.

• Analyze master data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Support system implementations integrations migrations and testing activities related to customer data.

• Provide input into the development of master data procedures work instructions and training materials.

• Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Education & Job-Related Skills

• Bachelors degree

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional courteous and tactful approach

• Ability to work effectively in a global corporate environment

• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage
