Position: Customer Care Consultant

Location: hybrid/remote possible after training period; on-site in Bucharest Romania (performance dependant)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

What youll be doing:

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email

• Support clients with account-related enquiries transactions balances and service usage

• Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards

• Maintain accurate customer and case documentation in internal systems

• Work with multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests

• Collaborate with internal departments to support effective resolution of complex cases

• Ensure professional and customer-focused communication throughout each interaction

• Work in line with SLA quality and operational requirements.

What you bring:

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level English C1 level

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• CRM experience is considered an advantage

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment

• Legal right to work in Romania

• Preferably based in Bucharest or willing to relocate.
