Coupa Catalog Management Specialist

• Support upload validation and publication of supplier catalogs in Coupa
• Review catalog files for completeness and compliance
• Validate supplier information item descriptions pricing and units of measure
• Support punchout catalog setup testing and troubleshooting
• Resolve catalog-related issues
• Provide end-user guidance on catalog usage
• Coordinate supplier corrections and updates
• Support quarterly release testing
• Maintain catalog activity tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with Procurement suppliers and support teams

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree and 2-5 years relevant experience.

Coupa catalog management data validation punchout catalogs Excel.

Attention to detail stakeholder management communication and problem solving.

The Coupa Catalog Management Specialist is responsible for the administration maintenance validation and continuous improvement of supplier catalogs and punchout catalogs within the Coupa procurement platform.
