Job Summary
- Develop review and negotiate complex contracts with clients vendors and partners;
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures;
- Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring reporting and risk management activities;
- Support claims management activities including claim preparation evaluation negotiation and resolution;
- Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues;
- Monitor contract performance and compliance identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records;
- Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices;
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks;
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims;
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects;
- Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence;
- Play an active role in the project reviews including financial part by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification;
- Actively participate in the tender phase by giving input at offers preparation;
- Liaise with the central CM Team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong knowledge of contract law commercial practices and risk management;
- Extensive experience in working with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and/or similar HG1 etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
