Job Summary

  • Develop review and negotiate complex contracts with clients vendors and partners;
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures;
  • Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring reporting and risk management activities;
  • Support claims management activities including claim preparation evaluation negotiation and resolution;
  • Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues;
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records;
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices;
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks;
  • Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims;
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects;
  • Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence;
  • Play an active role in the project reviews including financial part by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification;
  • Actively participate in the tender phase by giving input at offers preparation;
  • Liaise with the central CM Team.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Strong knowledge of contract law commercial practices and risk management;
  • Extensive experience in working with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and/or similar HG1 etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
