An exciting task awaits you as a business-analyst (m/f/d): We operate complex systems that ensure that credit card payments work quickly and reliably. Together with you we would like to develop the payment systems of tomorrow.
Analysis of customer requirements. Conversion of requirements into functional specifications.
Analysis of compliance requirements. Conversion of requirements into functional specifications.
Coordination with the delivery units: Development test and run (deadlines resources etc.)
Alignment with Architects and Product-Owners
Technical and organisational management of the implementation of requirements until go-live and post-migration support (project management).
If you enjoy working at both the conceptual and operational levels and moving between levels you have come to the right place.
Your degree in a technical or business management subject is the basis for your systematic and engineering-like work
You like translating technical requirements into IT. You can talk to both customers and technicians
You are proactive in communication and enjoy bringing the various stakeholders together
You are quick to read documentation (internal card schemes) and use it in their work
You have experience in business analysis
Experience in the financial environment ideally in the field of payment transactions would be nice to have but not mandatory
You have a very good command of German & English (able to talk to German speaking customers)
