AR Accountant remote

What you would do as our AR Accountant

You would be part of our accounting team and be responsible for customer accounts.

You would also:
Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances create and maintain customer master data and prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries and reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate ledger balances.
Perform regular AR account reconciliation and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
Participate in finance projects and system improvements.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:
Has bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field and has 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Credit Control or General Accounting.
Has experience working with ERP systems (SAP Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar and strong accounting knowledge.
Has good understanding of credit management and collections processes.
Has advanced Excel skills.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and accuracy.
