Warehouse Picker

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to accurately select items from warehouse inventory to promptly fulfill customer and internal orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from designated storage locations according to pick lists/orders.
• Verify the accuracy of items (SKU quantity and condition) before handover.
• Use handheld scanners or WMS to record picked items.
• Report stock shortages damaged items or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas.
• Meet daily picking targets/KPIs.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and proper handling procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience (mandatory).
• Familiarity with barcode scanners/WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift moderately heavy items for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in shifts including weekends if required.
• Basic numeracy and reading skills for order accuracy.
