Job Summary

Leads the dedicated Terminal Operations Centre cover ensuring the TOC systems and
displays are supported at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise dedicated TOC cover on every shift and support QROC activities.
  • Monitor TOC systems video walls and displays; give TOC faults priority response.
  • Coordinate with the TOC operations team and MATAR.
  • Escalate TOC-affecting incidents immediately.
  • Maintain TOC operational logs and handover.


Requirements
Qualifications & certifications
  • Diploma/degree in IT/engineering.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • AV/video-wall and monitoring familiarity.
Experience: Five or more years in an operations-centre or NOC environment with supervisory experience.

  • Handover quality.
Working conditions & compliance: Holds a valid MOI airport security pass. Compliance with MATAR

authorised devices only.


Required Skills:
