Job Summary
- Designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
- Creating and updating cyber security awareness/educational content.
- Assess the training needs and evaluate the current security awareness level of organizations.
- Develop customized training programs tailored to different employee roles and departments.
- Review and update programs based on feedback emerging threats or organizational needs.
- Develop Simulation Scenarios and Practical Exercises
- Conducting research on emerging threats and technologies.
- Monitoring and reporting training and development metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Masters degree in Cybersecurity (Preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Cyber Security field
- Required Language Proficiency in Arabic & English

This role will drive business expansion by identifying strategic partnerships suppliers and investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Market Development: Direct all business development activities continuously monitoring defense market requirements and identifying optimal solutions through global suppliers and investment partners. Focus on the MENA market with the ability to expand and strengthen the companys presence regionally and internationally. Communication & Relationship Building: Establish and oversee the execution of a strategic communication plan that effectively promotes the companys value proposition to customers government agencies and international defense entities. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with global defense contractors security institutions and industry leaders to drive business growth and strategic collaboration. Client & Market Intelligence: Continuously assess current and emerging requirements of government defense and state security clients to ensure best-fit solutions. Source innovative offerings either from within the companys existing investment portfolio or through new partnerships across the global defense sector. Maintain an in-depth understanding of global defense trends key players market drivers and technological advancements to anticipate opportunities and challenges. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Background: Business Development in Defense Industry Years of Experience: 10 15 years in the same or related field Proven success in developing and executing business strategies within the defense and security domains preferably within the MENA region. Strong track record of partnering with government agencies defense manufacturers and technology firms. Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Defense Studies or related field; a Masters degree is an advantage. Personal Attributes: Strategic analytical and commercially astute. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across cultures and sectors.
