Spa & Recreation Manager

The Spa & Recreation Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of spa wellness fitness and recreational facilities ensuring exceptional guest experience financial performance and full compliance with the hotels Integrated Management System (IMS) including ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).

Qualifications :

• Spa & Recreation Operation

• Oversee daily operations of the spa fitness center pool and recreational facilities
• Ensure all services treatments and activities meet established quality hygiene and service standards
• Develop implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all spa and recreation areas
• Ensure facilities equipment and amenities are well maintained and operational at all times.

  Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and handling guest feedback professionally
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Continuously innovate and improve spa and recreation offerings based on guest feedback and market trends.

•  

  Team Leadership and Training

• Recruit train schedule and supervise spa and recreation colleagues
• Ensure all team members are trained in IMS FSMS health & safety and emergency procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify development needs
• Promote a professional motivated and service-oriented work culture.

•  

  Financial Management & Administration

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets forecasts and reports
• Monitor revenue control costs and maximize profitability
• Oversee inventory management supplier coordination and stock control
• Ensure accurate billing cash handling and administrative procedures.
