Job Description
We are hiring skilled Snacks Makers for reputed restaurants and food production units in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of snacks while maintaining high standards of taste quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of snacks such as chips cutlets samosas rolls pakoras mixtures fried snacks and other specialty snack items.
Ensure consistency in taste texture and presentation.
Handle frying baking and bulk snack production.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/work area.
Monitor oil quality and proper usage during frying.
Manage stock of raw materials and ingredients.
Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
Work efficiently during peak hours and bulk orders.
Salary: 35000 per month
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Snacks Maker or Snacks Chef.
Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.
Age: 2230 years.
Experience in preparing a variety of snacks and fried food items.
Knowledge of snack preparation techniques frying methods and food production processes.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Required Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred) Experience: Baker:Freshers and experience both are eligible for apply Basic to advanced knowledge of baking techniques Experience in bakery or pastry production Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Creativity in presentation (for experienced bakers) Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
