Job Summary
We are seeking for a Site HSE Officer who will be responsible in monitoring site HSE activities PTW JSA risk assessments inspections and safety compliance for construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and monitor site HSE activities.
- Conduct inspections audits risk assessments and safety reviews.
- Monitor PTW and JSA compliance for site activities.
- Provide safety guidance for heavy lifting confined space deep excavation and critical activities.
- Review HSE procedures deviation requests and contractor safety performance.
- Coordinate with end-user HSE team EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technical discipline or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures PTW JSA risk assessment lifting confined space and excavation safety.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technical discipline or equivalent HSE qualification. Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry.
