School HR Manager

Location: Etqan Global Academy Doha Qatar

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a School HR Manager to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha Qatar.

We are looking for someone to lead all aspects of people management at the school ensuring the delivery of a high-quality HR service that supports both strategic and operational priorities. Working closely with the Principal Regional HR Director and regional teams you will play a vital role in building an engaged high-performing school culture where every colleague feels valued and supported.

We seek an individual to join as a School HR Manager where your focus will be:
Leading recruitment onboarding and visa processes to ensure timely compliant staffing across all roles.
Acting as a trusted partner to school leadership on employee relations performance management and engagement.
Overseeing HR operations including payroll inputs contract renewals and personnel data management.
Ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law MOEHE requirements and Nord Anglia HR policies.
Driving employee wellbeing diversity and professional development initiatives.
Supporting the delivery of strategic workforce planning and contributing to the wider regional HR projects.

A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
57 years experience in an HR generalist or management role ideally within a school or service-led environment.
Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law employment regulations and immigration procedures.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Highly organised detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced international setting.
