Job Summary
Maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC and chiller systems in facilities.
Diagnose faults in compressors motors controls and electrical components.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out repairs safely.
Record maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns.
- Technical certificate or diploma in Refrigeration or HVAC.
*Atleast 3-4 years experience Facility Management experience is mandatory* .
*Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems HVAC and chillers*.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
