R113 MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR

Primary functions:

• Performs the functions of operating a variety of Mobile

Cranes.

• Understands and follows all safety rules and use proper

procedures associated with the responsibilities of the job.

• Use the equipment in safe manner for the functions which had

been prepared and determined by the direct superior.

• Performs safety inspection of crane wire rope hooks slings

and rigging as required. Daily maintenance of the crane

including completion of daily check list.

• Daily maintenance of the crane including completion of daily

check list.

• Operation of various types of cranes All Terrain Cranes up to

300 Tons and Rough Terrain Cranes up to 80 Tons.

• Performing other related duties such as changing a wheel

assisting a fitter assisting in loading or unloading operations.

• Participate in rigging operations and ascertain that rigging

equipment is in safe working condition.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Should be minimum High School / Secondary School Passed

• Must hold crane operator driving licence (Qatari).

• Qualify to drive mobile cranes and other equipment.

• Overall 5 years of field experience is required including one

year experience in Qatar (GCC is preferred).

• TPI Certified for Crane Above 50 Ton till 300 Ton

Specific skills and knowledge:

• Must have a background in cranes rigging study must read

load charts SLI System new technology in cranes.

• Must familiar with Liebherr Tadano Grove Demag

Terex Sany etc.

• Operator must be able to show proof of past history of

operating.

• Speak read and write in English.
