Job Summary
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Ras Laffan (NFE Project)
Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Monitor project costs and track variations.
- Prepare bills invoices and cost reports.
- Evaluate subcontractor measurements and payments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for progress and cost control.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of drawings BOQs and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
