Job Summary

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

MMUP accreditation is an advantage
-
IRCA (or equivalent) certified Lead Auditor preferred
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years overall experience preferably in the oil and gas industry
-
At least 5 years in Quality Control & Assurance
-
Experience with contractors vendors and manufacturers in inspection/testing roles
Technical & Management Systems Expertise
-
Proficient in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 QCS2014 BS ACI standards
-
Experienced in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
-
Skilled in statistics data analysis and reporting
Core Responsibilities
-
Conduct audits inspections and manage QMS across all project phases
-
Prepare and review key QA/QC documentation (PQP ITP MST MIR WIR MAS PQD NCRs etc.)

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in QA/QC procedures
Other Key Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Willing to work in locations like Doha or Ras Laffan

Familiar with documentation and reporting standards in construction QA/QC
