Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead manage and supervise the structural maintenance team including engineers supervisors and technicians.
- Prepare and execute project plans schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure all structural maintenance activities (bridges culverts walls underpasses barriers tunnels) are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with client representatives subcontractors and internal departments.
- Manage project budget cost control and procurement of materials/equipment.
- Review inspection reports condition assessments and maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications QHSE standards and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports KPIs and documentation to the client.
- Identify risks delays and challenges and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of planned and emergency maintenance works.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (masters preferred).
- Minimum 812 years of experience in road infrastructure or structural maintenance projects.
- Overall experience 12 - 15 years
- Strong understanding of O&M project delivery and asset maintenance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- PMP certification
- Experience in client coordination (Ashghal experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
- Excellent communication reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Qatar ID (transferable).
