Job Summary

* Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale facility.

* Lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensure efficient site execution.

* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements client KPIs and SLAs.

* Oversee preventive corrective and predictive maintenance activities.

* Review technical reports maintenance strategies engineering proposals and system performance.

* Manage client communication project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including significant management experience.

* Proven experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.

* Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.

* Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.

* Strong leadership communication planning and problem-solving skills

Required Skills:
