Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Provide indepth technical knowledge and support for network and security solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in network and security.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations presentations and workshops for potential clients.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our solutions.
Analyze customer needs and design customized network and security solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation including network diagrams specifications and implementation plans.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor.
Address customer inquiries concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Provide postsales support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution deployment.
Work crossfunctionally with sales engineering product management and support teams.
Participate in internal meetings to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
Assist in the development and improvement of sales tools collateral and documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales engineering role with a focus on network and security solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CCNP CISSPNSEPCNSEPCNSAF5 CTS F5CSE) are a plus.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network and security solutions.
- ISO 27001:Global cybersecurity best practices
- Qatar Data Privacy Framework:Protecting customer data
- QCSF & NIA:Qatars cybersecurity regulations for organizations
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (e.g. LAN WAN VPN MPLS SDWAN) and security solutions (e.g. firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM DLP).
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and proposals.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various network and security products and vendors.
- Handson experience with network and security tools and software.
- Willing to work in Qatar
