Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Word MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage document submissions and approvals according to agreed schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Document Controller will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Submit project documents and obtain required approvals in accordance with the agreed submission schedule.
- Liaise with relevant project/client representatives regarding document submissions and approvals.
- Coordinate with the Planning Team for updates on reports related to:
- Document submission monitoring and status
- Manpower mobilization/demobilization
- Equipment mobilization/demobilization
- Ensure copies of IPF Pre-Inspection Checklists original invoices for contingency materials and services variation forms additional job forms and other relevant documents are submitted to the Planning Team within 6 hours of generation.
- Ensure all incoming materials are accompanied by the required test certificates and material certificates.
- Ensure all relevant material and test certificates are submitted to the concerned team for review and acceptance.
- Ensure copies of all demobilization certificates and demobilization gate-pass forms are submitted to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper document registers filing systems trackers and records of all project documentation.
- Follow up on pending submissions comments revisions and approvals to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with various project departments to ensure documents are complete accurate properly formatted and submitted within the required timeframe.
