Order Picker Order Fulfilment Associate

About the Role

We are hiring an Order Picker / Order Fulfilment Associate to manage the end-to-end process of retrieving verifying and preparing customer orders for accurate and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve items from inventory based on order fulfilment lists.
• Verify item quantity and condition before processing.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for smooth order flow.
• Update order status in WMS/inventory systems in real time.
• Identify and escalate stock discrepancies or fulfilment delays.
• Maintain organized clean and safe picking/staging areas.
• Meet order fulfilment SLAs and productivity targets.
• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience ismandatory.
• Experience in order picking fulfilment or warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS/order management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift/move items and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends if required.
