Job Summary
Role Purpose
Support and deliver the implementation of the CP23F project and other live AISS projects within the Network specialization. Work on-site to execute network designs perform configuration and commissioning validate connectivity and support project transition to service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery
- Implement configure and commission network solutions on-site for CP23F and assigned projects.
- Execute LLDs and approved designs; perform device staging cabling validation and connectivity testing.
- Support cutover migration and go-live activities; resolve on-site implementation issues.
Documentation & Validation
- Prepare and update LLDs as-built documentation and network diagrams.
- Perform lab validation and pre-deployment testing where required.
Project & Service Support
- Coordinate with the Site Delivery lead (Solution Architect) on implementation schedules and dependencies.
- Support handover to service/operations and provide post-implementation support during stabilization.
Candidate Requirements
Experience | 2–5 years in network implementation / engineering ideally on enterprise or infrastructure delivery projects |
Education | Bachelor's / Diploma in IT Computer Science Electronics or related |
Mandatory Certification | CCNA (mandatory). OEM associate certification (e.g. HCIA Aruba Fortinet NSE 4) an advantage |
Technical Skills | Routing & switching configuration structured cabling and connectivity validation network device commissioning LLD / as-built documentation; wireless and GPON exposure an advantage |
Engagement | Available for site-based work in Qatar; open to contract or full-time engagement; able to mobilise quickly for CP23F |
Behavioural | Hands-on delivery-focused reliable on-site good documentation discipline team player under project deadlines |
