The post holder will be an experienced and skilled technician undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities in the Metallic Structures and Supersonic Fuel Tank (SFT) bay and be able to demonstrating the ability to derive diagnostic techniques.
The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining airworthiness through appropriate task delegation and authorisation on metallic structures and the SFT meeting agreed delivery targets at a tactical level be a competent at people management and leadership skills have awareness of broader external dependencies and be able to identify areas for continuous improvement.
